Don't let Sophie's size deceive you... she's a small package who makes a big impact on all projects with her energy and superb organisational skills.

Straight talking, Sophie has been part of the team for over four years, first becoming a veteran Project Manager before moving on to directing a huge variety of complex and demanding conferences and events.

Her early career included producing pop concerts, arts festivals and children's TV shows having gained a first class degree in Psychology. Sophie's passions include running a charity to help build brighter futures for children in Africa.
