Nick has won our values award for 'working as a team whilst respecting the individual' twice and he brings that quality to everything he does. He's nuts about Liverpool FC and working with him you really will never 'walk alone'.

Nick has turned content development into a fine art. Combined with his 'big picture' instincts, thoughtful and considered solutions, he truly lives our values. He is able to challenge sacred cows with tact and diplomacy, address the unspoken blocker in the room and get beyond it to remove obstacles in the toughest situations. Nick has a way of making things happen, whilst keeping everybody happy.

Before joining Involve, he had applied his flair to internal communication, brand development and organisational change for over seven years with Maritz and Added Value. Nick was also once a bank manager with Nat West - which is ironic, because as a scouser when he's not picking your brains he's probably picking your pocket.
