Our history

In a nutshell...

In 1996 we set up shop and called ourselves Eventworks.

Back then, we saw that employee conferences were often a waste of time and money - and a missed opportunity to drive a business forward.

So we pioneered our own type of 'active' conferences where people were excited participants, not bored spectators. We used involvement to make that difference.

Our mission was to provide the world's most effective conferences. And it worked.

For many it was the first time they'd debated with the CEO, been listened to, had their ideas implemented on the spot or felt so united with their colleagues.

For many leaders, it was the first time their employees had so obviously 'got it'. Instead of messing around with PowerPoint monologues, they were learning how to accelerate results by creating more involved businesses.

We have been pioneering our involvement ideas, techniques and tools ever since - continually adding more capabilities and expertise to our team.

Today we can offer a powerful portfolio of rigorous long-term thinking and change management expertise as well as unbeatable 'on the day' execution.

So in the spirit of practising what we preach, we've recently re-branded to reflect our passion for creating more involved businesses.

As you can see, we've always been involving by nature. In 2007, we became Involve by name as well.

We still produce the world's most effective conferences because we've never found a more powerful way to involve employees, but we do an awful lot more as well.
