We outgrew our old name. In October 2007 we got round to
changing it.

Involvement has always been our driving force. Our original goal was to create the most effective 'active events' our clients could buy, by using involvement to make them 'work'.

Today we sell a powerful portfolio of thinking, change expertise, creativity and powerful execution. We needed to update our name to reflect this more comprehensive service and our unique ability to
'think and do'.

The past two years have been our most successful and our work is more effective than ever. We still produce the world's most effective conferences, but we also do much more.

Involve by nature, and now by name too.
