He spends most of his time speaking to clients about the variety of challenges we face in today's business, and how using involvement can make a difference.

Having lived and been educated in both the US and UK, he understands what makes people tick and how to adapt quickly to different cultures and situations.

Having traced his heritage, Ash found that he has American Indian heritage and is linked to the Wyandotte tribe from Oklahoma. He is subsequently in the process of changing his name to Tatanku Aka Oolu, which means 'Sells With a Fist' - kidding!
